Ingredients

  • 1 can water tuna 
  • 30g greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp shredded mozarella
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Drain the water from the tuna can and transfer the tuna to a mixing bowl.
3. Add the Greek yogurt to the tuna and mix well until the yogurt is evenly distributed.
4. Season the tuna mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. Adjust the seasoning to
your taste preference.
5. Cut the yellow bell pepper in half lengthwise twice and remove the seeds and membranes,
6. Stuff each bell pepper half with the seasoned tuna mixture, pressing it down gently.
7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the stuffed bell peppers.
8. Place the stuffed bell peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the bell peppers are tender and
the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. If desired, you can broil the peppers for an additional 2-3 minutes to achieve a golden brown
and slightly crispy cheese topping.
