Financing Options

At Go Light Bariatrics, we do not offer in-house financing available post-op, we offer a layaway payment plan pre-op.

• Set your surgery date several months or a year out or choose not to set a specific date and start making payments toward your surgery until you are ready to schedule. It is required to pay out the entire balance by the day of surgery.
• You decide how much to pay each time and how often to make payments.
• There is no interest and no additional charges for this option.
• For a list of all acceptable payment methods, please inquire with your patient coordinator. Each time a payment is made, your coordinator will send you an updated surgery receipt with your new remaining balance.

Please be sure to read carefully financing contracts so you fully understand all applicable fees and interest rates.
The cost of financing will depend on your credit score, we do not have any information about the rates each company offers.

Please be aware! United Credit charges a 9% processing fee for their services that is charged to the service provider (that is Go Light Bariatrics). This fee will be added to the patient`s remaining surgery balance, since our prices do not include any processing or transaction fees. Please read very carefully the contract that you will be offered by UC and take into consideration the additional 9% fee that will be calculated based on the amount you finance for.
