Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bars

Do you have cravings? Don’t worry, we got you. Satisfy them with this sweet and filling recipe! Packed with antioxidants, probiotics, 10g of protein, and under 100 calories!

(based on 1,200 Cal per day)

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of blueberries (you can try with raspberries too)
  • 1 tsp of chopped walnuts (*if you are using this recipe for the post-op diet, add nuts at stage #6, 4 months post-op, at stage #5, 2 months post-op avoid nuts completely)
  • 3 drops of sweet leaf monk fruit sweetener vanilla flavor

Directions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Pour the yogurt (mixed with the monk fruit sweetener) onto the lined baking sheet, using a spatula to spread it into a rectangular shape until roughly 1/4″ thick.
  3. Add the blueberries across the yogurt mixture and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and leave until firm, about 2-3 hours.
  5. Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and slice or break the bark into pieces.
  6. Enjoy!
