Cloud Bread

For post-op diet, entire recipe- 18- 15 % of your daily caloric intake
(Based on 500 – 600 Cals per day)
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 30g greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp baking poder
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (149°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, use the mixer to beat the yogurt and baking powder.
- Carefully and gradually fold the beaten egg whites into the yogurt using a spatula. Be gentle to keep the air bubbles intact.
- Scoop the mixture into 5 circular discs onto the parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cloud bread turns golden.
- Allow the cloud bread to cool slightly on the baking sheet, then transfer it to a cooling rack to completely before enjoying.
- Enjoy your light and fluffy cloud bread!
