For pre-op diet, entire recipe – 19 % of your daily caloric intake (Based on 1,200 Cal per day)

Ingredients
- 1 medium size zucchini (shredded)
- 160g of canned tuna in water
- 2 egg whites
- 3 tbsp of onion
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Pinch of Salt
- Sprinkle of pepper
- Pinch of parsley
Directions
- Begin by combining tuna, shredded zucchini, egg whites, parsley, onion, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
- Blend the ingredients until they form a well-incorporated mixture, achieving a smooth texture perfect for shaping into medium-sized balls.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium, pour the batter into 4 patties (approximately) cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through.
