Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bars

Ingredients
- 100 grams of nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup of blueberries (you can try with raspberries too)
- 1 tsp of chopped walnuts (*if you are using this recipe for the post-op diet, add nuts at stage #6, 4 months post-op, at stage #5, 2 months post-op avoid nuts completely)
- 3 drops of sweet leaf monk fruit sweetener vanilla flavor
Directions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Pour the yogurt (mixed with the monk fruit sweetener) onto the lined baking sheet, using a spatula to spread it into a rectangular shape until roughly 1/4″ thick.
- Add the blueberries across the yogurt mixture and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and leave until firm, about 2-3 hours.
- Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and slice or break the bark into pieces.
- Enjoy!
