The ease of the process. Once you begin you set your date and time for your surgery. Everything else is taken care of once you book your flight based on the date you choose.
The on-site staff including the drivers are courtesy friendly and knowledgeable.
The hospital is clean well staffed and treat you with dignity and concern. Your well being and safety matter to them.
The Hotel accommodations were excellent and you were looked after.
The tour guide was funny knowledgeable and enhanced the whole experience.
Cons
I didn’t meet the Surgeon prior/after surgery to ask questions or voice concerns other than pre surgery screening phone call. Thankfully the staff Dr was available and accommodating.
Surgery follow up by phone is available at request.
I didn’t get to see the nutritionist while in Mexico either because of their vacation timing. However she has corresponded through email.
