“I am 6 weeks out from my RNY. I truly could write a book about my Dr Z, his staff and my entire experience there. Being in the medical field and working in hospitals and physicians offices here in the US I see the good, the bad and the ugly. Every step of the process was flawless. Communication from Irene, video conference from Dr. Z, pre-op instructions were explained very thoroughly. From the moment I landed at the airport to pre-op, getting to the hotel (which was extremely nice and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed). CIBA, the hospital was immaculate and comfortable. Most of the nurses spoke English well enough to communicate although I did break out a translation app one time. The nurses after surgery were on top of all the necessary pain meds, antibiotics, etc without having to be asked. After returning home Dr. Z has always responded right away with any questions or concerns I had. He and his entire team make it obvious that we are valued as individuals and want the best for us and our success in our journey. I could go on but I feel like I was treated like royalty and not just another patient. Best decision I have made going with Go Light! Now if the US could learn from them.“
