“I started my pre op diet June 1st. Surgery was july 12 and this is 4 weeks after surgery. HW 335 SW 301 CW 285 GW 170 =) thanks Dr Z. Its taken some getting used to and the struggles real, but im ready to continue on this new adventure =)“
