“It’s crazy to believe it’s only been five months and I’m down over 80 pounds and I don’t even recognize myself anymore. It’s crazy if you’re on the fence these surgeries are life-changing you think you’re living your best life but I actually you’re only existing, I can tell you from experience. .
5 month and over 80lbs down 6 months down 93lbs

6 months from 275lbs down to 174.2lbs
I have done it guys I’m down over down as of this morning with in 6 months I feel so blessed . If I can do it anyone can. Thank you to everyone for all of the support and kind words of encouragement. I love you all. Next goal is to make it to 150lb !!! Damn it’s a good day “
