We want you to feel confident about your choice of doctor and to be able to communicate with your surgeon directly before and after surgery.

All consultations are always free, and are scheduled through our patient coordinators. You may invite your family members to participate. You can choose whether to have a telephone consultation, or a video call via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp applications. In order for your consultation to be more productive, we invite you to complete our medical questionnaire first (takes 15 minutes or less).

After you complete the medical questionnaire, our patient coordinator will contact you via email within 48 hours, otherwise you may request a consultation by completing the contact form below.
