“A year ago today I made the best decision of my life! I went to Mexico on my own full of excitement for this next journey of my life! This past year there have been a lot of ups and few downs. This group has been so inspiring and uplifting. Thank you Everyone for your support. While I may not have had a 100 pounds to lose I was at my heaviest weight of my life and my body was not happy. It was shutting down physically and mentally. I had high blood pressure, heart issues, joint pain, depression and nearing diabetes. What got me serious about my health was a 3 day stay in the hospital with heart attack symptoms. I hated pictures and would hide behind the camera unless if I was the one taking a picture. Today I am happy and healthy! I am off of the majority of my medications. I have so much energy. I am very thankful for this tool! I feel like the old me. Thank you so much Dr.Z Francisco Zavalza and staff for this precious gift! Hugs. My only regret is not doing it sooner.
