“If you are on the fence, do it! I am currently waiting at the airport to fly home. I had the mini bypass by dr z on 12/20 and i have absolutely nothing bad to say about ciba, go light staff, and the Marriott.
I felt safe from the time i got off the plane and come back. I have never traveled out of country before let alone a big airline.
Dr z was so sweet and made you feel so comfortable. He checks in you multiple times and gives you his time.
His staff at ciba are knowledgeable, quick, and super friendly. I felt safe and in good hands from the time we pulled in. During the night they were as quiet as they could be when entering your room and was quick to get your vitals administer yoir meds and leave so you can sleep.
The go light staff never leave during the day until 9pm there is someone there all day to answer questions ans help you with whatever you need.
Marriott staff is also great, they try to help you with whatever you need, its so secure. There are people out front stopping cars and asking what they are doing there, you have to use your card to get up to your room, they dont allow uber eats to come to your room they will call your room so you can meet them in the lobby. We felt like royalty. They carry your bags to your room.
Ask for hector to give you a tour you wont be disappointed we adore him.
My only miserable day was the day of surgery nausea makes me so miserable the pain was minimal it was the nausea that took me down. but by the night i was feeling better and everyday as been uphill. Very little pain I feel great and did 2 tours walked and got to experience so much. Im so glad i did this.
Not only was i allowed to expierence a whole new culture, i also got to meet the most amazing people who care so much about thier patients and companions. And now i get to go home and live my best life and work on myself being a better me, a better wife and a better mom.
